Job Description: Product Management Associate
SUMMARY
We seek an intelligent, responsible, self-starter with excellent research, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and project management skills to join our team as we continue to expand into new markets, product lines, and geographies. The ideal candidate will quickly develop an understanding of one of Codas existing or emerging product lines, markets, and competition, and play a major role in the successful development and execution of a sales and marketing plan.
The Product Management Associate will work directly for a Business Unit Manager and assist in coordinating and overseeing the product development, packaging, sourcing, marketing, sales, and promotional activities for that Business Units product line. This position will work closely with top management to develop, implement, and execute the strategies, tools, and processes necessary to position the product line and achieve profitable growth and success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. In-depth understanding of the particular product line, markets, customers, and competition.
2. Assist the Business Unit Manager in developing the business plan for the product line, and interact with various internal departments, including Product Development and Sourcing, Marketing, and Engineering to achieve the targeted objectives.
3. Oversee and execute the development of the sales and marketing plan.
4. Represent Coda in dealings with suppliers, customers, prospects, and at industry events.
5. Ensure that the Business Unit adheres to financial projections and budgets.
6. Provide written reports and presentations to management.

COMPENSATION
Annual salary of $40,000-$50,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
Individual and company performance-based bonus.
Participation in company medical benefits plan.

Job Description: Junior Marketing Associate
SUMMARY
We seek an intelligent, responsible, self-starter with excellent research, analytical, graphics, and communication skills (written and verbal) to join our team as we continue to expand into new markets, product lines, and geographies. The ideal candidate will quickly develop an understanding of the Companys products, markets, and competition, and play a significant role in the successful execution of the Companys marketing plan. This position will work with both Business Unit and senior management to develop and implement the strategies, tools, and processes necessary to position the Company for continued growth and success.
The Junior Marketing Associate will be expected to contribute and ultimately oversee many of the Companys and its various business units promotional activities, including online marketing, literature, package design, trade shows, conferences, and certain elements of public relations. This position will be responsible for working with sales management in Codas various business units to develop and maintain a consistent presence and premium image in our target markets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Understand the Companys product lines, markets, customers, and competition.
2. Assist in the development of and oversee the execution of the Companys online marketing plan, including search engine maximization and pay-per-click programs.
3. Provide marketing support to the Companys various business units in the form of literature production, trade show coordination and follow-up, and other promotional activities.
4. Assist management in the execution of public relations strategies.
5. Analyze the effectiveness of various marketing strategies.
6. Provide written reports and presentations to management explaining the findings.
