    Well I got the zoji today, and already it changed my life I came home from work today and water was already to go just had to wait 3 minutes for the steep to be done. Anyways I did some testing of the temps, and it seems like the 195 after being poured into my tea pot (0.7 liters) it cools right down to 180 according to my thermometer.     I´ve been to Mexico twicefor just over a month total. I definitely agree the food in Mexico is very good. Everything there was so delicious! I think much better quality than what we eat in Canada and the United States and I often find myself wishing we had so many products from Mexico, including many of the fresh fruits and vegetables that are hard to find and expensive here.     OK so far I have tried: Da Yu Ling.impressive first three brews, citrus-like taste but after that it was all basically gone. I will try on a modern zhuni I am waiting to receive just in case the pot used was the main culprit for the last four brews being so poor.     2011 Everyday Shi Feng Long Jing from Jing - has a pine scent out of the bagperhaps from just being pan fried. Flavor is nice with nutty overtones and grassy and floral undertones.
